AI Personalized Video for E-commerce

Project overview

Independent e-commerce merchants often possess high-quality video assets across platforms like TikTok and YouTube, yet their own product detail pages remain static and text-heavy, leading to a "context gap." This project bridges that gap by using AI intent recognition to deliver personalized shopping experiences. By analyzing real-time user behavior, the system automatically edits and serves tailored video content—displaying family-oriented scenes for household shoppers or lifestyle-focused clips for solo users.

My Role: As the Sole Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design strategy. This included crafting the seamless C-end (Consumer) purchase experience and building a robust B-end (Merchant) management system that allows sellers to easily upload, analyze, and automate their video marketing funnel.

The Context: As a Product Designer stepping into my first comprehensive visual branding project, I embraced the challenge of defining Hologrow’s core identity from the ground up.

The Vision: A successful visual identity is the anchor of brand consistency. For Hologrow, I designed a scalable system to unify all brand imagery and marketing collateral across both internal and external channels.

The Outcome: Visual branding is more than just a logo—it is an ecosystem. By defining core design elements and establishing clear guiding principles, I created a comprehensive design scheme. The result is a cohesive, distinctive look and feel that ensures every touchpoint is instantly recognizable as Hologrow.
