Steer & Queue
I designed the Message Queue and Steer the Run features for Apodex mobile users, shifting the AI from a one‑way, opaque black box into an interactive collaborative partner. With the message queue, users can flexibly manage the order and timing of multiple instructions before they are sent. During long‑running reasoning processes, they can also actively intervene and redirect the AI’s thinking in real time via the Steer function. This combination empowers users to precisely guide complex AI workflows, turning passive waiting into active orchestration.
Task board
Apodex uses multiple specialized AI agents working in parallel to solve complex research problems quickly and transparently.
Run Process: The AI visually breaks down your main question into specialized sub-tasks (sub-agents) and runs them simultaneously, showing its step-by-step reasoning as it goes.
Task Board: A real-time dashboard. You instantly see each agent's status (e.g., "Returned" or "Investigating"), giving you full transparency and control over exactly who is doing what.
Composer
Enables multi-modal inputs (Camera, Photos, Uploads).
Grounds the AI in private, proprietary data, reducing hallucinations and allowing research based on the user's specific context.
Eliminates the "fragmented chat" problem by unifying inputs and outputs.
Library
Acts as a central "filing cabinet" that stores both user uploads and AI-generated outputs.
Provides essential long-term memory and shared context for the multi-agent system, allowing sub-agents to pull verified facts and support iterative research.
